This notice explains what happens when you send an enquiry through the Vetra CRM website.
Information you submit
Our contact and offer forms may ask for your name, business name, work email, mobile number, business type, area of interest and message. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in the message field.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, discuss a Vetra CRM demo, prepare a subscription or setup quote, and follow up about the offer you requested.
Where the enquiry is stored
Website form submissions are sent to the Vetra CRM team’s Google Apps Script and connected Google Sheet so the team can review and respond to enquiries. Google processes and stores that information under its own services and terms.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit the form. To ask us to correct or remove an enquiry you already sent, use the website contact form and include the email address used for that enquiry.
